-the Castle belonging to the Counts Manenti, which appears in documents from the eleventh century, was expanded in the fifteenth century by the Republic of Siena and conceded in perpetuity to the Counts Fanelli;
-the Archaeology Museum, home to many archaeological treasures that bear witness to the history of the Sarteano area from the Bronze Age to Roman times;
-Renaissance palazzos, especially Palazzo Piccolomini with its beautiful colonnade in the courtyard, an Palazzo Gabrielli, Palazzo Goti, Palazzo Berdini, Palazzo Cennini and Palazzo Fanelli;
-the many churches and spiritual locations.
